responsibilities:
- lead end-to-end development of new products, menu items, packaging, and ltos, from concept to launch and post-launch evaluation;
- manage innovation and renovation pipeline in alignment with brand strategy and market needs;
- coordinate cross-functional teams (marketing, operations, supply chain, finance, qa, and suppliers) throughout the project lifecycle;
- conduct feasibility assessments, consumer validation, and product testing;
- lead product trials and ensure full commercialization readiness with operations and franchise partners;
- monitor market trends, competitor activity, and food innovation to identify new opportunities;
- ensure compliance with food safety, quality, regulatory, and operational standards;
- develop sops, product specifications, and training materials for successful product rollout;
requirements:
- bachelor’s degree in food science, food technology, biotechnology, product development, or related field;
- 2–5 years of experience in food & beverage product development, manufacturing, or npd roles;
- proven experience managing end-to-end product innovation projects;
- strong project management and stakeholder management skills;
- commercial mindset with understanding of cost, scalability, and operational feasibility;
- ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-project environment;
- strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills;
- fluent english (spoken and written);
- experience in multinational fmcg / qsr companies is a strong advantage;
