Manager, Maintenance Training

Responsibilities:
- 10 years of experience in line maintenance.
- Defines and implements the training strategy for the Maintenance and Engineering department.
- Ensures training system coordination and alignment with operational requirements.
- Ensures training aligns with the national training ecosystem and coordinates with other organizations for optimal outcomes.
Qualification Requirements:
- Higher education in Aeronautical Engineering, Aircraft Maintenance, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in line maintenance, with at least 3 years in training or management roles.
- Knowledge of local and international aviation training standards (e.g., EASA, ICAO, CAA Kazakhstan).
- Experience in developing and implementing training programs for engineering and maintenance personnel.
