hilton garden inn astana is looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented finance manager to join our team.

responsibilities:

• manage the day-to-day financial operations of the hotel.
• prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, management reports, and financial forecasts.
• monitor hotel revenues, expenses, cash flow, and overall financial performance.
• participate in the preparation and control of the annual budget and financial plans.
• analyze financial results and provide recommendations to improve profitability and operational efficiency.
• ensure accurate and timely accounting and financial reporting in accordance with local legislation and company standards.
• monitor accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll-related financial processes, and cash management.
• control expenses and ensure compliance with approved budgets.
• conduct financial analysis and provide management with relevant insights for decision-making.
• ensure proper internal controls and compliance with financial policies and procedures.
• cooperate with auditors, banks, suppliers, and other external partners when required.
• support hotel management and department heads with financial guidance and analysis.
• lead and develop the finance team, ensuring high standards of performance and accuracy.
• ensure compliance with hilton standards, internal policies, and applicable legislation of the republic of kazakhstan.

requirements:

• bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in finance or accounting, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• strong knowledge of financial accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• good understanding of local tax and financial regulations.
• strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• excellent attention to detail and ability to work with large volumes of financial data.
• advanced excel skills.
• strong proficiency in kazakh, russian, and english, with the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing in all three languages.
• strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• ability to work independently and effectively under deadlines.
• leadership and team management skills.
