we are a chinese automobile enterprise. foton motor is a leading chinese commercial vehicle manufacturer, specializing in buses, trucks, light trucks, and new energy vehicles, serving global customers with reliable products and innovative technology.

responsibilities:

conduct daily automobile sales activities and meet individual and team sales targets;

develop new customer relationships and maintain existing client accounts to enhance customer satisfaction;

provide professional product consultations and vehicle purchase recommendations to clients;

assist customers through the entire purchasing process, including test drives, contract signing, and vehicle delivery;

gather market intelligence, analyze customer needs, and monitor industry trends;

ensure all sales processes comply with the relevant laws and regulations of the republic of kazakhstan.

requirements:

gender: male or female; 1 positions (bus), 2 positions (light truck), 2 positions (heavy truck);

experience: proven experience in automobile sales is required;

language skills (mandatory):

kazakh — fluent (both spoken and written);

russian — fluent (both spoken and written);

language skills (preferred):

knowledge of chinese or english is a plus;

thorough knowledge of kazakhstan's automotive industry laws, regulations, and policies;

strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills;

terms:

• official employment contract will be signed;
