Forwarding Finance Senior Specialist

key responsibilities:
- preparation and verification of invoices, acts, billing documents, and other financial documents.
- preparation of financial reports for the forwarding department.
- control of costs, revenue, margins, and transportation-related settlements.
- coordination between the forwarding and accounting/finance departments.
- verification of invoices from carriers, agents, and subcontractors.
- support with monthly financial closing and reconciliations.
requirements:
- experience working with accounting and financial documents.
- experience in logistics and understanding of rail, road, air, and sea transportation.
- strong numerical and analytical skills.
- proficiency in microsoft office, especially excel.
- attention to detail, responsibility, and ability to work with large amounts of numerical data.
- higher education in finance, accounting, economics, logistics, or a related field.
- english - intermediate level or higher.
