responsibilities:

• build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and external stakeholders to support commercial performance and reinforce the firm’s market position.

• drive business development initiatives and lead the effective execution and successful growth of the service line through high quality end to end engagement management.

• support ongoing business development with existing clients, foster internal collaboration, and contribute to expanding strategic opportunities across the firm

• lead and manage valuation, financial modeling, feasibility study, and market analysis engagements from project planning through completion.

• serve as the primary day-to-day contact for clients, including ceos, cfos, shareholders, and senior management.

• lead project teams, providing guidance, coaching, and performance oversight, and ensure timely delivery within budget and quality standards.

• oversee industry research, market assessments, and financial analyses across consumer & industrial sectors.

requirements:

• higher education, preferably in finance or economics

• ready for relocation to almaty

• 5-7 years of experience in corporate finance, financial analysis, valuation, investment analysis, m&a, financing, or related areas.

• experience in consumer & industrial sectors is preferred, including agriculture, fmcg, retail, manufacturing, automotive, construction, and other industrial industries.

• previous experience in big4 or consulting firms is considered a strong advantage.

• strong financial modeling skills and ability to evaluate business performance, investment opportunities, and strategic initiatives.

• solid understanding of financial statements, valuation principles, and corporate finance concepts.

• strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to translate financial insights into business recommendations.

• professional qualifications such as cfa, fmva, or similar are a plus.
