key responsibilities:

• delivery service quality control: monitor compliance with service standards, ensuring proper packaging, dish temperatures, and accurate prep times for delivery orders.

• aggregator & partner management: liaise, negotiate, and collaborate directly with key delivery partners (e.g., yandex food, wolt, and other local delivery services).

• customer relations: handle customer feedback, resolve dispute situations, and continuously improve overall service quality.

• process optimization: proactively develop proposals to streamline delivery workflows and coordinate closely with the operations team and coffee shop locations.

• reporting & analysis: prepare, analyze, and present key delivery performance reports and operational metrics.

requirements:

• experience: minimum 2+ years of experience in the restaurant or f&b industry.

• domain knowledge: understanding of packaging standards, transportation protocols, and food delivery platform guidelines is highly preferred.

• skills: strong process management capabilities, analytical skills, presentation skills, and strong negotiation capabilities with partners.

• personal attributes: high level of proactivity, exceptional organizational skills, strong sense of responsibility, and attention to detail.

• languages: proficiency in english and kazakh is a strong advantage.
