YOUR MISSION
We are looking for a organized, detail-oriented Account Manager Team Assistant to help keep our partner stores and restaurants running seamlessly on our platform.
In this role, you will act as the operational backbone for our partner-facing team. You will make sure partner equipment works, promotional campaigns run on time, data is accurate, and daily technical issues are resolved quickly. No specialized technical background is required - just strong problem-solving skills, comfort with computers/data, and a desire to help local businesses succeed.
THE JOURNEY
- Own the operational backbone of our top partner accounts end to end, managing everything from hardware logistics and terminal replacements to network connectivity setups.
- Be responsible for daily operational excellence, monitoring key technical metrics in real time to defend SLAs and proactively prevent performance drops.
- Execute mass operational configurations to launch promotional campaigns, store-level discounts, and advertising setups aligned with Account Managers.
- Conduct precise data audits to ensure bulletproof statistics, resolving discrepancies and eliminating partner complaints.
- Handle regular onboarding and training sessions for venue administrators, driving platform adoption and improving operational hygiene.
- Identify daily operational bottlenecks and translate them into process improvements by building internal solutions to automate routine administrative tasks.
- Background: 1–3 years of experience in customer support, operations, retail management, logistics, or general administrative roles.
- Comfort with Numbers: You are comfortable reading basic reports, using spreadsheets (Excel or Google Sheets), and tracking day-to-day metrics.
- Fast & Organized: You can handle a steady stream of routine requests without losing focus or missing details.
- Clear Communicator: You can explain step-by-step instructions to non-technical store staff with patience and clarity.
