Position: Tender Specialist
Location: Atyrau, Kazakhstan
Employment Type: Full-Time
We are looking for an experienced Tender Specialist to join our team in Atyrau, Kazakhstan. The candidate will be responsible for identifying relevant business opportunities, reviewing tender/RFQ requirements, preparing quotations and bid documents, and submitting tenders within the required deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
Search and identify relevant tenders, RFQs, RFIs and business enquiries from potential clients and tender portals.
Review tender documents, technical requirements, commercial conditions and submission requirements.
Coordinate with technical, procurement and management teams to prepare competitive bids.
Prepare and submit technical and commercial proposals within deadlines.
Maintain records of submitted tenders, enquiries, quotations and their status.
Follow up with clients regarding submitted quotations and tenders.
Monitor tender portals and client procurement platforms regularly.
Assist with vendor registration and prequalification documentation.
Maintain proper documentation related to tenders, contracts and client requirements.
Candidate Requirements
Previous experience in a Tender Specialist, Tender Coordinator, Proposal Engineer/Coordinator, Procurement or similar role.
Experience in searching for and bidding on tenders/enquiries.
Good command of English is mandatory.
Russian and/or Kazakh language skills will be an advantage.
Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Word and Excel.
Strong communication, documentation and organizational skills.
Ability to understand commercial and basic technical requirements.
Able to work independently and manage multiple tender deadlines.
Preferred Experience: Candidates with experience in Oil & Gas, Mechanical Engineering, Fabrication, Maintenance, Industrial Services or Manufacturing will be preferred.
