we are looking for an experienced business analyst to provide strategic business analysis and it consulting services in insurance industry

requirements:

• 3+ years’ experience as an analyst

• experience in insurance domain

• hands‑on experience with modern ai‑assisted tools, acquired through direct practical use

• experience in organizing business analysis at the outset of a project

• experience in designing interfaces

• experience in gathering and documentation requirements

• knowledge of the principles and methodologies of waterfall and agile

• experience with direct customer communication, presenting and justification of technical decisions

• usage of uml, bpmn

• understanding ux competencies

• excellent command of spoken and written english

it would be a plus to have:

• agile methodology certification

• insurance certifications

• business analysis certification
