kpmg is looking for an experienced and driven accounting & tax processes automation lead to join our dynamic tax team.

responsibilities:

• analyze accounting and tax business processes to identify opportunities for automation and digital transformation.
• gather, document, and validate business requirements in collaboration with business stakeholders.
• prepare functional specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, definition of done (dod), and test cases.
• design and document business processes using bpmn methodology.
• work closely with software developers, qa engineers, and business users during solution design, development, testing, and deployment.
• participate in system testing, user acceptance testing (uat), issue resolution, and production rollout.
• support the implementation and optimization of erp-based solutions, including 1c, sap, oracle ebs, and microsoft dynamics.
• contribute to the implementation of automation technologies such as rpa, ocr, ai, agentic ai, bpm, and low-code/no-code platforms.
• assist in integrating digital solutions with cloud technologies, including microsoft azure and microsoft entra id.
• monitor solution performance and recommend process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
• collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery using agile methodologies.
• provide user support, conduct training sessions, and prepare functional documentation for implemented solutions.

requirements:

• understanding of accounting and tax outsourcing services.
• understanding of tax compliance and tax-related business processes.
• knowledge of erp systems, including 1c, sap, oracle e-business suite (oracle ebs), and microsoft dynamics.
• understanding of ocr, artificial intelligence (ai), agentic ai, robotic process automation (rpa), business process management (bpm), and low-code/no-code development concepts.
• hands-on experience with bpmn notation and microsoft office applications.
• general knowledge of microsoft azure and microsoft entra id.
• experience in documenting business requirements, user stories, definition of done (dod), and test cases.
• ability to collaborate effectively with software developers throughout the software development lifecycle, including testing, debugging, user acceptance testing (uat), and solution delivery, preferably in an agile environment.
• at least upper-intermediate english.
