we are offering you to join our team as a business development manager (project logistics department) in our branch in almaty!

responsibilities:

• sales & business development:

  - identify and qualify new business opportunities by establishing relationships with key decision-makers in target industries such as oil & gas, construction, energy, and heavy machinery.
  - prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and negotiations to secure new contracts.
  - manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing, ensuring a seamless handover to the operations team.

• client relationship management:

  - build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  - act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their logistics needs, and providing tailored solutions.

• collaboration & cross-functional coordination:
  - work closely with the operations, finance, and legal teams to ensure that client requirements are met efficiently and profitably.
  - collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales collateral and campaigns that support business development efforts.
  - participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and promote the company's services.

what we expect:

• 5+ years of experience in project logistics/oversized cargo sales , preferably within an international context.

• deep knowledge and practical experience with logistics projects/heavy lift/oversized cargo in kazakhstan;

• preference to the candidates with customer portfolio.
• excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
