About the Role

Hilton Garden Inn Almaty Al-Farabi is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our Commercial team. This role is responsible for driving revenue through corporate room sales, group bookings, meetings, conferences, and events while building strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.

The ideal candidate is a proactive sales professional with a passion for hospitality, excellent relationship-building skills, and a proven ability to achieve revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

· Develop and grow corporate, government, embassy, airline, travel trade, and MICE business segments.

· Generate new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and client meetings.

· Manage and expand a portfolio of key accounts.

· Achieve room nights, group bookings, and event revenue targets.

· Conduct sales calls, presentations, and property site inspections.

· Prepare commercial proposals, contracts, and rate agreements.

· Negotiate terms and conditions in line with hotel guidelines.

· Coordinate closely with operational teams to ensure successful event delivery.

· Monitor market trends and competitor activities.

· Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and account plans.

· Represent the hotel at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions.

Requirements

· Minimum 3 years of hotel sales experience.

· Proven track record in corporate sales, room sales, groups, and events.

· Experience working with international hotel brands is an advantage.

· Strong negotiation and business development skills.

· Excellent communication and presentation skills.

· English written and spoken.

· Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office.

· Ability to build long-term client relationships and close business opportunities.

· Customer-focused, proactive, and commercially driven mindset.
