requirements:

minimum of 1 years in a similar position;

basic knowledge of local legislation in the field of occupational safety and health;

kazakh, russian and strong intermediate level of english.

basic understanding of international standards (huge plus);

skills in conducting briefings and audits (will be plus);

willingness to travel to other kpg locations when required (important);

ability to work with large amounts of information;

responsibilities:

ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental (hse) policies, procedures, and local regulations across all sites;

conduct hse inductions, toolbox talks, and regular safety trainings for employees;

carry out routine site inspections and internal hse audits - track corrective actions;

investigate incidents, near misses, and accidents - prepare analysis and reports;

develop, review, and updаtеhse documentation, procedures, and work instructions;

monitor proper use of personal protective equipment (ppe) and safety equipment;

maintain hse records, statistics, and reporting for management and regulatory authorities;

promote safety awareness and continuous improvement of hse culture;

assist the hse team lead with daily tasks and responsibilities.
