Junior HSE specialist

обязанности:- ensure compliance with hse requirements, policies, procedures, and local legislation;
- conduct hse inductions, safety trainings, and toolbox talks;
- perform site inspections and internal hse audits;
- investigate incidents and prepare relevant reports;
- develop, review, and updаtеhse documentation;
- monitor proper use of personal protective equipment (ppe);
- maintain hse records, reports, and statistics;
- promote a strong safety culture and continuous improvement;
- provide daily support to the hse team lead.
- minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position;
- knowledge of kazakhstan occupational health and safety legislation;
- understanding of international hse standards will be an advantage;
- experience in conducting safety briefings and audits is preferred;
- willingness to travel to kpg sites when required;
- strong communication and organizational skills;
- good knowledge of ms word, excel, and powerpoint;
- kazakh and russian languages required, english — intermediate level or higher.
