need to do
- business support on all hr issues (company staff - 600 employees in kazakhstan, 60 employees in uzbekistan)
- organization, planning and construction of all hr processes/systems between the local office, head office and stores
- building effective hr systems: recruitment/hiring, adaptation, training system, personnel evaluation, feedback sessions
- support payroll processes/systems, participation in the disciplinary commission
- talent management: supervising career development and succession programs, training, creating career route schemes
- recruitment control, work with outsourcing/out staffing, mass recruiting projects, robotized recruitment platforms
- conducting projects on efficiency, involvement, staff turnover, systematization and automation of processes, databases on the agile system
- development of hr brand and corporate culture
- hr reporting, preparation of presentations
skills for position
- minimum 3 years in a similiar position
- bachelor degree
- fluent english is a must (double reporting)
- skills of hard &soft competency evaluation/ result oriented
- super communicative/ delivered speech
- good knowledge of labor code
- no obstacle for business trips
