- b2b sales and business development of technical and industrial services
- identifying new business opportunities
- managing client relationships
- preparing commercial proposals and tender documentation
- coordinating with technical and operations teams
- 3–5 years of experience in sales, business development, engineering, or a commercial role
- preferably experience within oil & gas, inspection, testing, engineering, or industrial services sectors
- strong communication skills
- fluency in kazakh, russian, and english
- bachelor’s degree
- good ms office skills
- location: atyrau, office-based
- schedule: 5/2
- salary: kzt 1,000,000–1,500,000 + bonus system
