our aim is to make travelling easy and comfortable, and to ensure convenience in travel planning and day-to-day travel.
our company is currently expanding, so we are looking for a carrier support specialist with knowledge of arabic and english to join our carrier relations department.

responsibilities:

• handling complaints about carriers that are forwarded to us by the support department.
• communicating with carriers: investigating the cause of the breach, providing guidance on the matter and offering feedback on future cooperation;
• handling incoming enquiries: communicating via online chat with our carrier partners and answering incoming calls, providing assistance with using our service (helping to set up an account for activation, helping with submitting quotes);
• dealing with carriers who have stopped submitting quotes (identifying the reason and encouraging them to resume using our service).

requirements:

• at least 1 year’s experience in customer or partner support;
• proficiency in english and arabic at an advanced level or higher;
• fluency in spoken russian would be an advantage;
• at least 1 year’s experience in customer support, customer service, travel, hospitality, logistics, taxi services or another sector with a high volume of enquiries;
• ability to communicate effectively in writing.

terms and conditions:

• fixed rate during the probationary period (3 months) – €4.50/hour (net) + kpi (up to €400); after that, €5.00/hour + kpi;
• 5-day working week, full-time;
• option to work in any format (remote/hybrid/office; you can also visit our cosy offices);
• option to choose the currency in which you will be paid;
