position summary

we are looking for a dedicated ird waiter (night shift) to provide exceptional in-room dining service in accordance with marriott international and the ritz-carlton standards. the role is responsible for delivering food and beverages to guest rooms during overnight operations while ensuring outstanding guest satisfaction, professionalism, cleanliness, and attention to detail.

key responsibilities

• deliver food and beverage orders to guest rooms promptly and professionally.
• provide personalized service and respond efficiently to guest requests during overnight hours.
• ensure orders are accurate, complete, and presented according to hotel standards.
• process orders through the pos system and maintain accurate billing.
• maintain thorough knowledge of menu items, daily specials, and beverage offerings.
• follow proper food, beverage, liquor, and wine service standards.
• complete opening, closing, and side duties as assigned.
• maintain cleanliness of service areas, trolleys, trays, equipment, and guest service stations.
• coordinate effectively with kitchen, front office, and other departments to ensure seamless service.
• attend departmental trainings and meetings as required.

requirements

• previous food & beverage service experience, preferably in a luxury hotel environment.
• in-room dining experience is an advantage.
• good communication and guest service skills.
• ability to work independently during night shifts in a fast-paced environment.
• basic knowledge of pos systems, food safety, and hygiene standards.
• professional appearance and adherence to grooming standards.
• english language proficiency; additional languages are a plus.
