Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate logistics and supply activities to ensure timely and cost-effective provision of goods and services.
- Prepare and monitor departmental budgets, forecast expenses, and analyze budget variances.
- Coordinate with internal departments to identify supply needs and develop procurement plans.
- Manage supplier relationships and monitor supplier performance.
- Analyze supply chain and financial data and prepare regular reports.
- Coordinate with Procurement, Finance, and other departments to ensure smooth supply processes.
- Use Oracle and 1C systems for procurement, budgeting, inventory, and supply-related activities.
Qualifications Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in logistics, supply chain, procurement, or budgeting.
- Experience in budget planning and cost control.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Good Excel skills.
- Hands-on experience working with Oracle and 1C is required.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
