- higher-professional degree in it field, preferable from the higher education institutions with english language of instruction;
- the minimum degree - bachelor/specialist
- master degree is preferred
work experience
- a minimum of five years with a bachelor's degree;
- or a minimum of three years with a master's degree in a related field.
- in higher education, particularly student services management;
- in data gathering and identifying requirements for developing educational database software;
- in developing user interfaces
knowledge
- knowledge of the republic of kazakhstan legislation in the field of education;
- knowledge of the educational system of the usa and european countries;
- knowledge of student records and registration business processes and systems;
- working knowledge of project management techniques;
- experience with sql;
- working knowledge of requirement definition techniques\\working knowledge of relational databases;
- understanding of database systems and data integration;
- experience in working with internal it departments in the development of specifications;
- ability to communicate technical concepts to a variety of proficiency levels;
- fluent english, kazakh and russian.
