An international FMCG company is looking for a Business Development Manager to drive the business across Kazakhstan and selected countries in the Central Asia & Caucasus region.
What you'll do:
- Be responsible for business results in Kazakhstan and assigned distributor markets.
- Collaborate with regional and international teams to execute business strategy.
- Develop and implement go-to-market plans, product launches, and promotional initiatives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and key customers.
- Drive execution of annual commercial plans and sales KPIs.
- Develop education and training programs for professional customers.
- Prepare commercial proposals covering assortment, marketing, services, training, and events.
- Lead short- and mid-term business planning by brand and segment.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and identify growth opportunities.
What we're looking for
- Higher education in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or commercial management, preferably within an international B2B environment.
- Proven experience in distributor management.
- Strong financial acumen, including budgeting and performance management.
- Fluent English
