Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute online and offline marketing activities.
• Manage social media content, posting, and content calendars.
• Shoot photos and videos and create short-form social media content.
• Edit content using Canva, CapCut, and other editing tools.
• Coordinate with franchisees on promotions, campaigns, and marketing needs.
• Manage POSM, in-store marketing materials, and store branding.
• Support new store openings, events, and new product launches.
• Conduct competitor and local market research.
• Coordinate with HQ Marketing to ensure brand consistency.
• Track campaign performance, store traffic, and sales results.

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of marketing or social media experience.
• Good photography and video shooting skills.
• Ability to use Canva, CapCut, and basic editing tools.
• Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, and other social platforms.
• Strong communication skills and comfort working with franchisees.
• Ability to handle both fieldwork and digital marketing tasks.
• Good English; Kazakh and Russian are preferred.
• Experience in F&B, retail, or franchise brands is preferred.
