Key Responsibilities:
1. AIX Ltd Banking and accounts payable : Process daily bank statements, execute payments, post incoming supplier documents in 1C, and perform accounts payable analysis. Supplier E-Documents: Review, sign, and extract electronic acts of acceptance from suppliers via uchet.kz and the ESF portal. Banking
2. Operations: Handle the opening, closing, and issuance of corporate cards and bank accounts. Provide updated company information to banks, including documentation required for registration changes.
3. Primary Documentation and Audit: Collect, organize, and store primary documentation. Coordinate with auditors to provide all necessary primary files.
4. MLS Accounting: Manage accounting processes for the MLS .
5. Team Assistance: Support other Finance Department team members with miscellaneous administrative assignments (e.g., printing, signing, scanning documents, preparing reconciliations, and translating documents).
OR:
Key Responsibilities:
- Invoicing: Issue and send invoices, electronic and paper acts of acceptance, and ESF documents for members of AIX Ltd and AIX CSD (brokerage fees) on a monthly/annual basis.
- Reconciliations & Client Communication: Prepare acts of reconciliation and manage communications with brokers monthly. Perform reconciliations with clients (brokers, custodians) quarterly and annually. Collect all signed acts of acceptance issued to clients.
- Monitor and follow-up on invoices past due.
- CSD & Registrar Banking: Process daily bank statements and execute payments for the CSD and Registrar entities.
- Banking Operations: Handle the opening, closing, and issuance of corporate cards and bank accounts, and provide updated company information to banks.
- Primary Documentation & Audit: Collect and store primary documentation. Coordinate with auditors to provide necessary source files.
- Team Assistance: Support fellow finance team members with administrative tasks (e.g., printing, signing, scanning, preparing reconciliations, and translating documents)
