position: business development (bd) manager

job description:

1.develop and execute the company's bd strategy in the local market. focus on expanding customer acquisition channels, strategic partnerships, and ecosystem resources to support business growth. target partners include, but are not limited to, financial media, content platforms, social kols, investment bloggers, and financial institutions.

2.continuously monitor local securities industry trends, competitor product strategies, fee policies, and market conditions. consolidate industry insights, provide feedback, and collaborate with product, operations, and technology teams to optimize product and operational strategies.

3.actively drive the progression of key client relationships and core partnership projects, with hands-on involvement in client visits, commercial negotiations, and project execution. deeply identify market opportunities, client needs, and business growth drivers. independently design cooperation models (e.g., cpa, cps, and commission models) in alignment with the company's pricing and market policies.

4.collaborate with the legal and compliance teams to ensure all channel expansion activities strictly adhere to local licensing and financial regulatory requirements. keep a close eye on industry dynamics and competitors' user acquisition tactics to adjust channel strategies in a timely manner.

requirements:

1.bachelor’s degree or above in finance, economics, marketing, international trade, business administration, or a related field.

2.minimum of 5 years of business development (bd) or channel marketing experience in fintech, online brokerages, cross-border payments, internet finance, or global expansion projects.

3.candidates with local network resources (in target markets such as central asia/kazakhstan), including financial kols, financial bloggers, top influencers, or mcn agencies, are highly preferred.

4.proven partnership resources with peer financial institutions such as commercial banks, securities firms, and asset management companies are preferred.

5.familiar with influencer collaboration models and content marketing strategies on mainstream overseas social media platforms (e.g., telegram, youtube, instagram).

6.highly self-driven and result-oriented, capable of thriving in a "0 to 1" business development environment.
