• Proficiency in English (both written and spoken)
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and MS Office tools
• Familiarity with MS Project is preferred
• Preferably under 30 years old
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in construction, architectural design, or project development for superstructure projects, with a proven track record of successfully completing a project from concept to delivery
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with strong verbal and written communication abilities
• Preferably experienced in residential, hotel, or shopping mall projects
• Basic understanding of contracts, technical specifications, and construction materials
• Basic understanding of budgeting, cost control, and project planning
• Willingness to work flexible hours and collaborate within a team-oriented environment
• Highly responsible and proactive team player
