Обязанности:
Lead and develop the Kazakh Language Department.
Plan, coordinate, and manage the team’s activities.
Develop and implement strategic initiatives and roadmaps aligned with school goals.
Design and adapt engaging teaching materials for students with different proficiency levels.
Introduce innovative teaching methodologies and best practices.
Plan, implement, and evaluate teaching approaches to maximize student progress.
Develop and maintain effective assessment systems to ensure high educational standards.
Analyze academic performance and continuously improve teaching effectiveness.
Deliver Kazakh language lessons in an English-medium environment
Proven experience in educational project implementation.
Strong strategic thinking and decision-making skills.
Experience in team leadership and coordination.
Expertise in developing and adapting Kazakh language curricula.
Excellent communication skills with students, parents, and colleagues.
Experience in designing and implementing quality assurance systems in education.
Kazakh - fluent / native.
Russian - fluent.
English - Upper-Intermediate / Advanced (mandatory). English is a key requirement, as the school operates in a fully English-speaking academic environment. IELTS 7.0+ will be a strong advantage.
