manage and supervise front office staff

coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experience

maintain hotel standards and operational procedures

requirements:

previous experience in hotels is mandatory

experience in front office management

strong communication and leadership skills

excellent guest service and hospitality standards

knowledge of hotel pms systems
