- preparation of design drawings and co-ordination between team members and also compliance with p.o.c.k standards and procedures and client requirements.

- co-ordination with the lead electrical engineer in obtaining all necessary information from other sections affecting the electrical design of the project.

- ensuring that all electrical equipment, cable trenches and trays are correctly coordinated in the overall project.

- keeping up to date with all changes affecting the electrical design.

- maintenance of project records in accordance with the established procedures.

- in conjunction with the lead electrical engineer, setting up and maintaining project files and drawings during project execution.

- ensure project changes are correctly recorded and processed.

- preparation of specifications, enquiry requisition, technical analysis and purchase requisitions for selected items as per requirement.

- prepare scope of work for the installation subcontract, assist in the bid analysis and preparation of final document issue.

- proven expertise as an electrical engineer

- hands-on experience using design and calculation software

- deep knowledge of electrical manufacturing processes

- understanding of electrical engineering codes and safety standards

- problem-solving abilities

- attention to detail

- strong organizational and communication skills

- a degree in electrical engineering;

- fluent in english (written and spoken)
