требования:

degree or equivalent in an appropriate discipline.
minimum 6-8 years’ experience in the oil and gas industry in an appropriate discipline at middle management level. roles and responsibilities to have included:
lead or supervisory role within logistic infrastructure or sulphur operations
experience of liaising with and organizing variety of contractors and vendors
experience of developing and managing budgets
experience in the development of systems and procedures.
excellent communication skills (verbal & written) in english and russian
