key responsibilities
- coordinate and support the execution of marketing and pr campaigns
- create and manage visual and written content for social media, newsletters, website updates, and press releases
- coordinate photo and video shoots, including scheduling and on-site support
- monitor brand presence and media coverage across digital and traditional channels
- prepare marketing reports, presentations, and campaign performance analyses
- collaborate with internal departments and external partners to ensure successful campaign delivery
- support the implementation of brand standards and marketing initiatives
qualifications
- bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or a related field
- previous experience in marketing, communications, hospitality marketing, or a similar role is preferred
- strong written and verbal communication skills
- english proficiency at upper-intermediate level or higher
- proficiency in microsoft office applications; knowledge of design and social media management tools is an advantage
- strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
