Native English Speaker

Terra Education is one of Kazakhstan’s leading language centres, with more than 15 years of experience delivering international-level educational projects. We work with embassies, international companies and organisations, providing language training for diplomats, international professionals, corporate clients, as well as children and adults.

We are currently looking for a native English speaker to join our team as an English language teacher. We are looking for someone who enjoys teaching, can build strong connections with students, and shares our values of high-quality education, respect for every student, and continuous professional development.

Your responsibilities:

* Conduct individual lessons and lessons in small groups.
* Teach English to adults and children.
* Work with students of different English proficiency levels.
* Conduct lessons focused on developing speaking skills and practical language abilities.
* Prepare and deliver engaging and effective lessons.
* Adapt lessons to students’ individual goals, levels and needs.
* Help students confidently achieve their language-learning goals.

We are looking for:

* English as a native language.
* Previous English teaching experience would be an advantage.
* A degree in education or a recognised teaching qualification would be an advantage.
* Professionalism and a responsible approach to work.
* A friendly attitude and the ability to build rapport with students.
* Initiative, strong communication skills and a genuine passion for teaching.
* Willingness to work with students of different groups and proficiency levels.

We offer:

* A salary of 200,000–600,000 KZT, depending on the teaching workload.
