established in 2019, studyon is a network of english language centers focused on practical communication skills — 80% speaking and 20% grammar.
we are currently looking for a head teacher for our online department, who will be responsible for the academic quality of online education and the development of our online teachers.
responsibilities:

manage and support online teachers;
-
conduct lesson evaluations and provide feedback;
-
train and support teachers in their professional development;
-
monitor the quality of teaching and students' progress;
-
participate in the recruitment and adaptation of new teachers;
-
conduct consultations with new students and assess their needs and level.
requirements:
-
2+ years of teaching experience;
-
english level c1 or higher;
-
ielts 7.0+ will be a plus;
-
experience mentoring or working with teachers will be an advantage;
-
strong organizational and communication skills.
