functional responsibilities:

• carries out operational management of the hangar complex.
• supports the development and implementation of initiatives aimed at improving the quality of production tasks within the hangar complex.
• contributes to improvements in work organization, productivity, and cost efficiency.
• ensures the proper condition and reliable operation of production facilities and equipment assigned to the department.
• ensures the fulfillment of plans for maintenance, repair, and storage of aircraft (or equipment).
• monitors compliance with established technological processes and regulations.
• participates in planning the utilization of hangars and resources.

requirements:

• higher specialized or technical aviation education.
• at least 3 years of experience in flight-related and managerial positions in civil aviation.
• proficiency in the state languages and english at a level not lower than upper-intermediate.
• advanced pc skills (excel, word, outlook).
• excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a multitasking environment.
