as the сustomer service specialist you’ll responsible for maximising the effectiveness of customer service processes related to kz & kg distributors
what you’ll do
process of distributors orders.
conduct negotiation with distributors on orders placement, payments and reports.
activities may include analysis, planning and forecasting in the areas of production, stocks monitoring at distributors and distribution.
preparations of calcualtations related to compensations to distributors
prpearations of corresponding pre-approvals for further upload to uda
identify and explore potential business opportunities.
required qualifications
university degree
1 years' experience as customer service specialist
good communication and analytic skills
efficient computer skills (advanced excel knowledge).
