we're looking for a "sales specialist " for our luxury boutiques in almaty airport

qualifications & experience

• minimum of three years’ experience in luxury sales
• motivated by being a team player with a common goal
• excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships
• excellent customer service skills,
• good level of english (min.upper intermediate )
• flexible to work at night shift in addition to day shift

general responsibilities

• providing exceptional standards of customer service surpassing customer expectations at every opportunity by following our service ceremony
• to maintain a strong understanding of current products, trends and collections and ensure that customers are informed and aware, providing excellent customer service
• handling customer complaints, seeking assistance where necessary, ensuring issues are resolved to the satisfaction of the customer and the company
• be aware of daily sales targets and performance against them. use appropriate sales techniques to ensure they are met
• to ensure that all procedures and policies are understood. to carry out work according to those standards
• ensure that personal appearance and presentation are strictly in line with company standards
• playing an active role in replenishing stock according to company procedures and policies
• actively ensuring merchandise presentation reflect vm standards and general tidiness and cleanliness of the boutique at all times
• contributing ideas and suggestions to the team in order to achieve improvements in all aspects of the boutique performance
• demonstrating flexibility by supporting the store management in any other ad-hoc duties as might reasonably be required in the successful running of the boutique
