we are looking for a production supervisor to be a part of our supply chain team located in aktobe.
what we expect:
- participate in the launch of a manufacturing plant from scratch
- perform commissioning and start-up activities for production equipment
- configure, launch, and optimize automated production lines
- work with high-voltage equipment (1000v and above)
- operate and maintain transformer substations
- work with automation systems (scada/plc), software, and electronic components
- implement and support continuous improvement methodologies (lean, kaizen)
- collaborate with cross-functional teams during construction and plant start-up phases
- ensure stable operation of production lines and minimize downtime
qualifications
- bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering
- minimum 3 years of experience in an international manufacturing industries (fmcg, tobacco, beverage, packaging, or similar)
- hands-on experience in electronics, automation systems, and commissioning
- proven experience in plant construction and start-up projects from scratch
- strong knowledge of automated systems, production lines, and industrial software
- english — advanced level
