location: miyaly village, atyrau region, kazakhstan (rural area, 300 km from atyrau city)

employment: full-time

schedule: flexible (afternoons, evenings, weekends)

salary: from 500,000 kzt per month (50% revenue share – uncapped)

responsibilities:

· teaching english to in small groups (up to 6–8 students) and 1-on-1.
· delivering engaging, communicative lessons using our ready-made curriculum.
· building strong relationships with students and the local community.
· tracking student progress and providing regular feedback.
· participating in community events and open lessons (optional but encouraged).

requirements:

· native english speaker .
· bachelor's degree or higher (education / linguistics preferred).
· tefl / tesol / celta certification (120+ hours) strongly preferred.
· at least 1 year of esl teaching experience with .
· energetic, responsible, culturally adaptable, and community-oriented.
· willing to live in a rural village setting – this is a key requirement.
