Forwarding Finance Senior Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
- Preparation and verification of invoices, acts, billing documents, and other financial documents.
- Preparation of financial reports for the Forwarding Department.
- Control of costs, revenue, margins, and transportation-related settlements.
- Coordination between the Forwarding and Accounting/Finance Departments.
- Verification of invoices from carriers, agents, and subcontractors.
- Support with monthly financial closing and reconciliations.
Requirements:
- Experience working with accounting and financial documents.
- Experience in logistics and understanding of rail, road, air, and sea transportation.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Attention to detail, responsibility, and ability to work with large amounts of numerical data.
- Higher education in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Logistics, or a related field.
- English - Intermediate level or higher.
Conditions:
- Work schedule 5/2 from 8 am to 5 pm
