Forwarding Operation Senior Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
- Organization and coordination of international transportation.
- Monitoring cargo dispatch, movement, and arrival.
- Coordination with carriers, terminals, agents, customs brokers, and customers.
- Shipment tracking and tracing.
- Verification of transportation documents.
- Monitoring delivery schedules and resolving operational issues.
- Preparation of operational reports.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics.
- Practical experience in rail, road, and air transportation.
- Understanding of sea and multimodal transportation.
- Good knowledge of Incoterms.
- Understanding of customs logistics and transportation documentation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Strong analytical thinking, responsibility, and ability to work under pressure.
- Willingness to travel and visit terminals/railway stations when required.
- English - Intermediate level or higher.
Conditions:
- Work schedule 5/2 from 8 am to 5 pm
