key duties & responsibilities:
- coordinate technical inspections of heavy equipment and vehicles with relevant inspection authorities/clients.
- ensure all equipment and vehicles are technically ready and compliant with applicable site, safety, and statutory requirements.
- verify and maintain required technical documents, certificates, registration, and inspection records.
- coordinate rectification of inspection findings and arrange re-inspection when required.
- follow up on inspection approvals, stickers, permits, and access requirements.
- maintain accurate records of inspected, approved, rejected, and pending equipment/vehicles.
- monitor inspection and permit expiry dates and coordinate timely renewals.
- coordinate with pmv, workshop, fleet, hse, and site teams to ensure continuous compliance.
- prepare, update, and maintain regular inspection and compliance reports and provide status updates to management.
