temporary internship - process automation (power platform, rpa)

this is a hands-on internship focused on automating real business processes from day one.

you will work on repetitive, document-heavy workflows that are actively used by the following teams:

• gcr (global compliance & reporting) - accounting and corporate tax processes

• pas (people advisory services) – payroll and hr administration, personal income tax and immigration services

this is not a coordination or project management role. the position is focused on building workflows, configuring automations, working with data and documents, and testing solutions in practice.

sample tasks for automation

• collect data from erp systems, government websites, emails and documents

• generate contracts and other documents based on templates

• automatically structure, move, sort files

• visualize tracking, status and data

requirements

• practical experience involving microsoft power platform (power automate, power apps, copilot), rpa, python (automation, scraping or data extraction)

• english: intermediate+

• proactive mindset: ability to understand processes, identify automation opportunities and implement solutions

• ability to work independently

in your cover letter, please describe 2–3 projects (academic or work-related) where you personally used automation tools to solve a practical problem. if the project was completed as part of a team, clearly describe your individual contribution and the part you owned.
