Consumer & Industrial Manager, Deal Advisory

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage valuation, financial modeling, feasibility study, and market analysis engagements from project planning through completion.

• Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for clients, including CEOs, CFOs, shareholders, and senior management.

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure timely delivery within budget and quality standards.

• Lead project teams, including Associates, Senior Associates providing guidance, coaching, and performance oversight.

• Review and challenge financial models, valuation assumptions, industry analyses, and project deliverables.

• Perform and supervise business valuations using Income, Market, and Cost approaches, including DCF analysis and market multiples.

• Oversee industry research, market assessments, and financial analyses across Consumer & Industrial sectors.

• 5-7 years of relevant experience in valuation, M&A, or financing (experience in Big 4 is an advantage)

• Preferred industry experience includes Consumer and Industrial sectors (Agriculture, FMCG, Retail, Manufacturing, Automotive, Construction, etc.)

• Strong people management and teamwork skills

• Solid knowledge of valuation methodologies and techniques, including DCF and other valuation approaches

• Good understanding of financial statements and their interrelationships

• Strong knowledge of financial accounting, IFRS, and US GAAP
  Willingness to travel as required

• Professional certifications (CFA, ACCA, FMVA) are considered a plus

• Fluency in English
