Efes Kazakhstan takes a leading position in the beer market of Kazakhstan. The company is a member of Efes Beer Group, which is a multinational group in the beverage industry specializing in the production and sale of beer and non-alcoholic beverages in Turkey, Eastern Europe and the CIS. Efes Kazakhstan owns two beer production plants in Almaty and Karaganda, as well as regional representative offices in Kazakhstan. We are glad to invite candidates to consider our vacancy of Marketing Brand & Digital Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Develop concepts, planning, and budgeting for digital campaigns in collaboration with brand teams;
• Collaborate with agencies to create and promote a positive image of the brand and company on digital platforms;
• Participate in the development, implementation, and monitoring of the results of marketing campaigns, promotions, special events, and other brand-related activities in line with the digital marketing plan;
• Ensure alignment between brand teams and agencies in the development of digital strategies within strategic and annual plans;
• Support full media mix planning, including media, digital, and PR activities in Brand Marketing;
• Support the development of brand digital strategies to build strong connections with consumers both offline and online;
• Support the process of creating brand digital content;
• Analyze internet marketing trends and ensure the relevance of strategies;
• Plan and control the company’s ongoing presence on social media;
• Monitor and analyze all metrics and KPIs for brand effectiveness during digital campaign activations;
• Conduct analysis of digital image campaigns and propose relevant activities;
• Support the selection process of partner agencies in media, digital, and PR in accordance with the Policy

Requirements:

• University degree in Marketing;
• Min 2 years experience on a similar position in multinational digitally active company or at least 2 years experience in working with big clients in a media agency with direct involvement in operation, planning and negotiation;
• Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts, analytics tools, and marketing technologiesand best practices;
• Content creation skills;
• Experience in Digital resources and communities development;
• Analytical mindset and critical thinking;
• Strong verbal and written communication skills both in Russian & English;
• Experience in PR is a plus;
• Highly proficient user of Excel and PowerPoint programs and Internet;
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills.
