требования:

• experience as a ptw coordinator or hse/ptw specialist on construction and commissioning projects
• practical knowledge of the permit to work (ptw) system
• knowledge of the requirements of order no. 344 of the minister of labour and social protection of the republic of kazakhstan, dated 28 august 2020
• knowledge of the loto system and safe energy isolation procedures
• knowledge of procedures for investigating accidents, incidents, and near misses
• understanding of safety requirements for hot work, gas-hazardous work, excavation, work at height, lifting operations, electrical work, and commissioning activities
• ability to review risk assessments, work method statements/method statements, and supporting documentation
• fluency in russian; knowledge of kazakh and english will be an advantage
• proficiency in microsoft office
• responsibility, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate several activities simultaneously.
