Senior Regional Data Analyst

responsibilities:- consolidate data from internal information systems and external data providers;
- ensure data quality, consistency and timely updates;
- support the availability and effective use of the corporate data warehouse;
- collaborate with it to develop and maintain data and analytics infrastructure;
- prepare regular and ad hoc analytical reports for management and business units;
- monitor the quality and consistency of data used in business analytics;
- provide analytical insights and recommendations to support business decision-making;
- advise internal stakeholders on data analytics and reporting;
- support business teams in interpreting analytical results and turning insights into actions;
- participate in cross-functional projects aimed at improving business effectiveness;
- contribute to the development of a data-driven culture across the organization.
- university degree in a technical, statistical, economic or related field;
- at least 3 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence or a similar role;
- knowledge of relational and non-relational databases;
- proficiency in at least one programming language: python, r or pl/sql;
- strong knowledge of sql, power bi and excel;
- sap experience would be an advantage;
- understanding of business finance, including pricing, accounting and logistics;
- strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- ability to work effectively with different stakeholders and business functions;
- result-oriented mindset and ability to work independently;
- english and kazakh language proficiency would be an advantage.
