in this role, you will:

• provide customer support via live chat, instant messengers, and email, ensuring timely and accurate assistance

• handle customer requests and issues with a strong focus on service quality and user experience

• learn and confidently apply product knowledge, internal procedures, and support guidelines in daily work

• collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer cases and operational issues

• maintain a professional and customer-centric approach in all interactions

• be ready to work night shifts as part of a rotating schedule

skills you’ll need to bring:

• strong written communication skills with attention to clarity and tone

• language proficiency: ukrainian — fluent; turkish — b1+

• customer-oriented mindset with a high level of empathy and stress resilience

• responsibility, accuracy, and the ability to stay focused in a dynamic environment

• confident basic computer skills and the ability to quickly adapt to new systems

• availability to work from a personal laptop during the first two weeks of training
