andersen is launching a large-scale recruitment of entry-level qa specialists in almaty and astana kazakhstan with unique conditions for those who want to start a career in qa.

our program is a structured and practice-oriented path into quality assurance combining training, hands-on work with real tools, and full preparation for starting on commercial projects as a testing engineer.

the training consists of two key stages:

1. online course quality assurance for beginners

the initial stage designed to provide a confident entry into the profession:

• training is conducted in english;

• classes are held 2 times a week for 1-1.5 hours in the evening — ensuring a comfortable immersion into a new profession;

• duration: 2 months — intensive format to quickly build a solid foundation;

• the course curriculum consists of practice and home assignments;

• the course ends with a project presentation;

• a certificate is provided upon completion of the course;

• mentors are middle and senior qa engineers in our company.

requirements for the intensive course:

• intermediate or higher level of english (verbal communication);

• basic knowledge of software testing;

• readiness to complete a traineeship at andersen.

2. laboratory

hands-on training and preparation for starting on a commercial project:

• an intensive stage closely simulating real work conditions:

• theoretical and practical training for working on commercial projects;

• teamwork based on the scrum methodology under the guidance of an experienced tech lead;

• weekly progress tracking and feedback;

• development of soft skills, presentation skills, and english practice;

• participation in internal and training projects of the company;

• mastering key testing tools and development processes.

laboratory format:

5 months: from your first day in the laboratory to your first day on a commercial project;

full-time — 5 days a week, 8 hours a day: an intensive format with mandatory office attendance in almaty that truly accelerates your growth, while participants from astana can join online.
