we are looking for data and reporting associate to join the sales operations & capability dev. team in almaty.

what we expect

• establishing and optimizing reporting systems
• delivering valuable insights to support decision-making
• assisting with data cleansing across sales information systems
• sharing one number score and customer reports to increase the sales team efficiency
• handle segmentation, ojt follow-ups, and survey tracking

qualifications

• university degree
• work experience: 1 year of experience in commercial sphere
• language skills: english – upper intermediate or higher
• advanced excel knowledge, ms office confident user, ai tools usage, power bi would be an asset
• competencies according to the leadership competence model of cci (impact)
