LPP is an international retail company and one of the leading players in the fashion industry, bringing together five brands: Reserved, Cropp, House, Mohito, and Sinsay. We operate in over 40 countries and continue to grow rapidly by opening new stores and expanding our team of professionals.

Responsibilities:

• Drive sales growth and profitability across Sinsay stores in Kazakhstan.
• Manage and support a team of Store Managers while overseeing store operations within the assigned region.
• Organize and monitor operational processes, including store openings and closures, and the implementation of new projects.
• Ensure compliance with visual merchandising standards, customer service excellence, and marketing campaign execution.
• Manage regional budgets, control costs, and analyze financial performance indicators.
• Implement actions aimed at increasing profitability and minimizing company losses.
• Build, train, and motivate high-performing teams, including teams in newly opened stores.
• Develop direct reports by ensuring a high level of competence, knowledge, and professional growth.
• Execute operational tasks in line with company policies, taking into account retail operations, expansion plans, and recruitment activities.
• Identify and implement solutions to optimize store operations and team performance, including participation in developing and introducing tools and systems that support sales and enhance customer experience.
• Ensure compliance with labor legislation, occupational health and safety requirements, internal regulations, and standards of interaction with government authorities.
• Prepare reports and collaborate with central departments such as HR, Visual Merchandising, Logistics, Marketing, and others.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to maximize sales performance and operational efficiency.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in retail management, including store operations and regional coordination.
• Strong understanding of key retail KPIs, sales analysis, and operational excellence standards.
• High mobility and willingness to travel frequently.
• Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other digital sales tools.
• English proficiency at B2 (Intermediate) level or higher.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and within tight deadlines.
